Everything in everything, thanks to Jacques Rancière, 2007, draws incomplete circumferences along random coordinates of a grid.  The radius of each incomplete circle is determined by drawing random lengths of paper strips.  The spinning of a pencil determines the position of a compass from beginning to end during a clockwise rotation.
