Newspaper pages placed upside-down and downside-up on a piece of paper are pressed with a pencil tip to produce an ink-transfer.  The artist then attempts to trace all the words “the” in the articles with either different colored inks or one colored ink.  Articles in articles appear via the word “the” used in newspapers.  Disseminating articles traces the semantic shuffling of the word article to produce a joke.
