Cork Found pots are all filled with a liter of water and arranged in a grid formation on the floor of the gallery. The grid extends to the limits of the gallery. The spacing between two pots allows for one to walk freely between them. Periodically, water will be added to offset water lost from evaporation over the course of exhibiting Cork. |
Labyrinth In Labyrinth, masking tape draws a grid on the floor. Between intersections, a coin flip will determine whether the tape is removed or not. Removed masking tape will be used to make a tape heap. Masking tape left on the floor will make a disorienting grid, causing a feeling of disorientation regarding one’s location on the grid in space. |

Hard Rain drains from a roof and collects in an oil drum, raising a bladder filled with oil. The bladder, connected to an arm, moves a pencil on paper as the water level rises. A knife, suspended from the ceiling, punctures the bladder as it reaches the rim of the oil drum. |

Acumen Rain hits a roof and drains into a bathtub where it pools, offsetting the water lost from evaporation. A rubber ducky float on the surface while tied to a plug inserted in the bathtub’s drain. The rubber-ducky is tethered to the plug. If the water level increases too rapidly, the rubber-ducky pulls the plug, draining the pool. |
